We are looking for a Resume Writer who join our team and ensure consistent quality of resume for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
Writing and editing resumes, Cover Letters and related write-ups for customers who choose to avail the CV enhancement service.
Handling and interacting with customers of the CV enhancement service as a independent account manager and servicing clients requirement from the start of the service till the final consent id given on the document.
The documents should be drawn using the relevant content/industry terminology while listing the client's qualifications, skills, education, and experience.
Back and forth communication with the CV enhancement service customers over the telephone and mails providing consultation to the customers in assessing their profiles, suggest input and resolve their queries.
Comply with rules and regulations of the organization and process benchmarks to deliver a world-class service to our customers.
Exhibiting a continuous learning approach, be it staying updated on industry trends or taking the initiative to specialize in writing resumes for a particular industry/functional area.
Excellent writing skills and conversation skills in English.
Good communication skills to interact with customers as well as comprehend and identify the right information for the resume.
Well versed and experienced in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure without compromising on quality.
Strong on multitasking and a high sense of ownership.
0-2 years experience, preferably from the Content industry; domain/functional area experience will also be preferred.
Candidates from International BPO/KPO/LPO can also apply who have flair of writing.
Comfortable with long working hours, if required.
