The company is providing an Online Doctor Consultation Platform, where one can have a live chat with a doctor on the Web/App. This virtual doctor app provides easy access to doctors online via audio, video or chat, to their customer base.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with diagnostic chains, hospitals, and clinics to offer cashless OPD, diagnostics, dental treatment, vaccinations, and other healthcare services to customers.
- Manage the end-end provider relationship with cost negotiation, agreement finalization, process development, and service activation.
- Analyze partner-related customer escalations and identify the root cause to eliminate/reduce the complaints in the future.
- Generate monthly MIS to indicate the network penetration on the customer demographics, usage reports and plan to improve usage.
