Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients.
• Perform evaluations and generate reports on clients’ mental health.
• Collaborate with professionals, especially psychiatrists, as required
• Provide educational sessions on mental health, individually or in small groups
• Develop instructional materials and modules on therapy
• Ensure therapy quality through user feedback analysis
• Engage in training and skills enhancement within the organization.
