They are the country’s first holistic wellness platform for men Basically they are a solutions-driven online wellness platform, focusing on providing solutions and products for men’s wellness problems. Soon they are starting consultation with women wellness

Their founders have over 30 years of cumulative experience in investment banking, healthcare consulting, VC/PE, and high-growth start-ups. They are backed by institutional investors such as Sequoia, SAIF, and Matrix

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Planning, executing & achieving sales targets of all regions
2. Analyzing the region’s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
3. Maintaining relationship and working with key stakeholders to improve health outcomes (eg nutritionists, doctors etc)
4. Sale and growth analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
5. Identifying hiring needs, selecting and training new sales people

What we need:
Must have independently led salesforce teams and handled at least a branch/region.
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel as needed
