Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients
2. Perform evaluations and generate reports on clients’ mental health.
3. Collaborate with professionals, especially psychiatrists, as required.
4. Provide educational sessions on mental health, individually or in small groups.
5. Develop instructional materials and modules on therapy.
6. Ensure therapy quality through user feedback analysis.
7. Engage in training and skills enhancement within the organization.
