Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting customers in the sales of a range of healthcare products and procedures on the phone.
2. Providing customer support over the phone or an Email.
3. Answer queries about products or the company.
4. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
5. Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
6. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
7. Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
8. Effectively ensuring patients to go for clinic visits
9. Professional coordination with Doctors/Specialists for deal closures
What we need:
- Should have convincing Capabilities and selling skills.
- Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Basic Excel Knowledge.
- Experience in selling Hair & Skin care services/products will be an advantage
