Job Description
​​Roles and Responsibilities:
- Online counselling of the Patients / Clients
- Knowledge/ Experience in handling online counselling cases of
- common mental conditions
- Maintaining progress notes for the patient and uploading them on
- the portal after each session.
- Understand and work on the portal and connected technologies for
- chat, call, and video conferencing.
- Conducting face-to-face and corporate counselling session
- Will be required to attend training sessions to upskill themselves
