Roles and Responsibilities:

1.  Doctor needs to provide audio consultations in Haircare and Skincare through App.
2. Conduct follow-ups with patients every 5 to 6 weeks.
3. The Doctor should be able to provide empathetic and patient-centric consultations.
4.  Company will be providing training on the useof technology and app.
5.  Keep records of customer interactions.
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
7. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
