Our journey began in 2016, when a random conversation between the founding partners sparked the eureka moment for our business idea a Recruitment Agency specializing in recruitments in the healthcare industry.
We realized that there was a significant gap in the market for new and upcoming healthcare technology startups and organizations seeking efficient, hassle-free End to End recruitment solutions for recruiting doctors and scale their healthcare operations.
All the existing job boards and recruitment agencies seemed to focus primarily on IT and other industries, while the healthcare sector, which generates more than 500,000 jobs annually and is the backbone of our country, was largely under served.

With our vision, determination, and persistence, we set out to make healthcare recruiting hassle-free, easy, and fast for the employers and Job seekers. Equipped with just a mobile phone, a sheet of paper with a few numbers of prospective employers, and some candidate leads, we began our journey in the year 2017 at our dining table.
Through hard work and convincing, we landed our first BIGGG client— a medicine delivery health-tech startup that had just raised a fresh round of funding and was looking to expand into telemedicine.
At the time, "Tele-Medicine" and "Work from Home for Doctors" were not even buzzwords.
