Job Description:
- Perform advanced ART procedures with consistent success rates.
- Conduct diagnostic laparoscopy and operative hysteroscopy
- Guide and train junior clinical team members.
- Provide empathetic patient/couple counselling and manage patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead conversion and fertility camps.
- Drive patient volume andclinic-level revenue performance.
- Lead clinic teams with a focuson recruitment, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Own P&L responsibility atthe unit level.
Specialisation:
- Gynecology & Obstetrics
- Reproductive Medicine / ART
Qualification:
- MBBS + MS/MD/DNB/Diploma in Gynecology
- Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine
Key skills:
- Expertise in ART techniques and fertility care
- Excellent communication and counselling ability
- Team leadership and clinic operations experience
- Understanding of unit-level cost and revenue (P&L)
Languages required:
