How does Curaa's pricing work?
We charge a simple 8.33% of the candidate's annual CTC as our recruitment fee. This is a one-time fee per successful placement, payable within 30 days of the candidate joining. All taxes are additional as per applicable laws.
What's included in your 90-day guarantee?
Every candidate we place comes with a 90-day guarantee from their joining date. If a candidate leaves within this period (and isn't terminated by you), we provide one free replacement within 60 days. This ensures you get the stability you need.
When do I pay the recruitment fee?
Payment is due within 30 days of the candidate's joining date. We'll raise an invoice on the day they join your organization. This means you only pay for successful placements, not for our search efforts.
What if the replacement candidate also doesn't work out?
Our first replacement is free. If you need a second replacement, it's treated as a fresh recruitment with applicable fees. If we can't provide a suitable replacement within 60 days, we refund your fee minus a 25% service charge.
