This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.curaa.in.

The domain name www.curaa.in (hereinafter referred to as “Curaa.in”) is owned by Curaa.in, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 202, Mohta Apartments, behind SBI Compound, Katol Road, Nagpur - 440013.

Your use of www.curaa.in and its services and tools is governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), including applicable policies, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you transact on www.curaa.in, you shall be subject to the policies applicable to such transactions. By merely using www.curaa.in, you are contracting with Curaa.in, and these Terms and Conditions, including the policies, constitute your binding obligations toward Curaa.in.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, the terms “you” or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of www.curaa.in by providing registration data while registering on the website as a registered user using computer systems. Curaa.in also allows users to browse the website and make use of certain services without registering. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” shall refer to Curaa.in.

When you use any of the services provided by us through www.curaa.in, including but not limited to job postings, resume services, etc., you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services. These shall be deemed to be incorporated into these Terms of Use and will be considered part and parcel of them.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates or changes. Your continued use of www.curaa.in following the posting of any changes will indicate your acceptance and agreement to those revisions.

As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use www.curaa.in.

Use of www.curaa.in is available only to individuals who are capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Individuals who are deemed “incompetent to contract” under the provisions of the Act—including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc.—are not eligible to use www.curaa.in.

If you are a minor, i.e., under the age of 18 years, you are not permitted to register as a user on www.curaa.in or engage in any transactions on the platform. If you wish to use or transact on www.curaa.in as a minor, such use or transaction must be conducted by your legal guardian or parent on your behalf.

Curaa.in reserves the right to terminate your membership or deny you access to the platform if it is discovered or brought to our attention that you are under 18 years of age.

If you use www.curaa.in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your display name and password. You will also be held accountable for all activities conducted under your account credentials.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete—or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect such discrepancies—or if the information is not in accordance with these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or block your access to www.curaa.in indefinitely.

Such actions may also have legal consequences, including but not limited to potential criminal liability. Additionally, the user agrees to indemnify Curaa.in for any losses incurred as a result of false, manipulated, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise misleading or objectionable content posted by the user on the Curaa.in network.

When you use www.curaa.in or send emails, data, or any form of communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records. You consent to receive communications from us via electronic records periodically, as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or through other electronic or non-electronic means.

Platform for Transaction and Communication:

The www.curaa.in platform is used by Users to access services offered by Curaa.in and to interact with each other for various transactions. Curaa.in is not, and cannot be, a party to or control in any manner any transaction between the platform’s Users.

Henceforward:

• All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Users of www.curaa.in alone.
• Curaa.in does not make any representation or warranty regarding the specifics (such as quality, value, or pricing) of the services offered or purchased on the platform by third parties. We accept no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of ourselves or third parties.
• Users shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any unsolicited bulk emails or commercial messages through the platform. Curaa.in reserves the right to monitor, filter, and block such communications using its servers and will make all reasonable efforts to adhere to international best practices for spam control.
• Any misuse of the email or database system (including spamming) will result in immediate termination of the user’s account, without notice, and forfeiture of any fees paid.
• Users must not post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racially or ethnically objectionable content.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials (username and password) and for all activities conducted under their account. Curaa.in assumes no responsibility for any misuse of such information.
• Users must comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any applicable laws, rules, or guidelines while using the site. Users will be solely responsible for any violations and the resulting civil or criminal liabilities.
• Users agree to indemnify Curaa.in and its representatives from any costs, damages, or liabilities resulting from the actions of other users. Curaa.in is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or decency of content shared by users on the platform. Users are advised to exercise caution, especially when dealing with unknown parties.
• Curaa.in does not guarantee that its platform or affiliated websites are free of viruses or technical errors. Email addresses submitted must be valid and accessible only by authorized personnel.
• We are not liable for any accidental or unintended disclosure of your account or payment information, or any errors in the verification process, unless proven to be caused by our direct actions.
• Payments for Curaa.in services are required on a 100% advance basis. Refunds, if any, are at Curaa.in’s sole discretion and not guaranteed. The platform operates on a best-effort basis and disclaims any liability for free services.
• Curaa.in is not responsible for any spam, virus, or malware that includes a link to the platform but originates from third-party sources.
• Curaa.in does not guarantee the authenticity or credentials of any employer or hospital using the platform. It is not liable for any data loss due to natural disasters, hacking, civil unrest, or other uncontrollable events.
• While Curaa.in will take reasonable precautions to protect user data and passwords, users are responsible for managing their own privacy settings and access controls.

You agree, undertake, and confirm that your use of [www.curaa.in](http://www.curaa.in) shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles. You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right.
• Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable; disparaging; related to or encouraging money laundering or gambling; or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever, including unlawful threats or harassment. This includes “indecent representation of women” as defined under the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.
• Is misleading in any way.
• Is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, paedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
• Harasses or advocates harassment of another person.
• Involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters”, unsolicited mass mailing, or “spamming”.
• Promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libellous.
• Infringes upon or violates any third party’s rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights (including unauthorized disclosure of someone’s name, email address, physical address, or phone number), or publicity rights.
• Promotes unauthorized or pirated copies of copyrighted works, including pirated software, devices that bypass copy-protection mechanisms, or pirated music.
• Contains restricted-access or hidden pages or images not linked to or from another accessible page.
• Exploits people in a sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone.
• Provides instructions on illegal activities such as creating or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or creating computer viruses.
• Contains any images or videos of another person (minor or adult) without consent.
• Attempts unauthorized access or exceeds permitted access to curaa.in or related profiles, accounts, or systems.
• Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or illegal purposes.
• Engages in commercial activities without our prior written consent, including contests, advertising, pyramid schemes, or selling virtual products.
• Promotes gambling or any gambling activity deemed illegal at our sole discretion.
• Interferes with another user's enjoyment of the site.
  Links to inappropriate or unlawful external sites or content.
• Harms minors in any way.
• Infringes on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
• Violates any applicable law.
• Deceives or misleads about message origin or contains offensive or menacing content.
• Impersonates another person or entity.
• Contains viruses or malicious code (e.g., worms, Trojans, time bombs) intended to harm data or systems.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of India or incites public disorder or criminal offenses.
• Is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Attempts to offer, trade, or promote illegal or restricted items under applicable law.
• Creates liability for Curaa.in or threatens its internet service providers or partners.

You also agree that you shall not:

• Use any automated tool (such as “deep-linking”, “spiders”, “robots”) or manual processes to access, scrape, copy, or monitor any content without authorization.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website, servers, or systems connected to www.curaa.in.
• Probe or scan system vulnerabilities or breach security measures.
• Reverse-look up or trace other users’ data or impersonate any other individual or entity.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or solicit illegal activities.
• Violate any laws, including IT Act, 2000, foreign exchange laws, taxation laws, and others applicable to you.
• Grant rights you don’t own. You grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use content you provide, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
• Advertise or solicit users without our written consent.
• Transmit unsolicited emails or chain letters.
• Harass, harm, or abuse other users using site-acquired data.
• Post content that violates these terms or applicable laws. Curaa.in reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove such content.

You also acknowledge that:

• Other users may post offensive material, and Curaa.in is not responsible for content or actions of third parties.
• We are not liable for the misuse of publicly shared personal information.
• If you participate in any DDoS/DoS attacks or disruptive behavior, we reserve the right to claim damages and pursue legal remedies.

You agree that www.curaa.in may collect certain personal information about you, such as your IP address, and may automatically store it in the Curaa.in database. If you register on Curaa.in, you may be required to provide additional personal details, including but not limited to: your name, email address, contact address, mobile/telephone numbers, sex, age, occupation, interests, credit card information, billing and financial information, IP address, standard web log data, computer/device details, and other identifiable information. We may also collect non-unique demographic information such as postal code, preferences, and interests. You may additionally be asked to provide cultural, social, and lifestyle-related details (hereinafter referred to as "INFORMATION").

By syncing your social media accounts with your Curaa.in profile, you consent to making such synced data visible to recruiters and third parties, as required to deliver Curaa.in’s services.

In line with our Privacy Policy, you agree that Curaa.in may collect and use INFORMATION, technical data (including IP address, device ID, usage stats), and data from third-party platforms to enable service features, provide support, and facilitate product improvements.

You also consent that any INFORMATION collected through registration, or while opting for any free or paid service on Curaa.in, may be used, processed, transferred, or stored by Curaa.in as needed. Such information may be shared with third parties in connection with your use of the services, and by agreeing to these terms, you grant Curaa.in explicit permission to do so. You confirm that no sensitive or personally restricted data has been shared with www.curaa.in.

You agree that we may access, store, and use any information you provide, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You further acknowledge and guarantee that by agreeing to these terms, we may collect, use, and share contact details from your device's phonebook (“Contact Information”) with other users, solely in connection with delivering Curaa.in’s services. By allowing us access to Contact Information, you confirm that you have all necessary permissions to share this data. You may opt out at any time to prevent further sharing of such information.

We use Contact Information to improve service experience by:

• Identifying which of your contacts are already on the platfor
• Suggesting people you may know (even if not in your contacts)
• Providing invitation templates for contacts not yet on the platform
• Highlighting shared contacts for potential networking opportunities

You retain ownership of any content or information you post or submit on Curaa.in. However, you grant Curaa.in a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, and process such content or information — without requiring further consent, notice, or compensation. This license is subject to the following limitations:

1. You can terminate the license for specific content by deleting it or by closing your account, unless:
2. It was shared with others who have stored or copied it
3. A reasonable time is needed for the content to be deleted from backup systems
4. We will not use your content in advertisements for third-party products or services without your separate consent. However, your comments on sponsored content may be visible to others.
5. We will request your consent if we wish to allow third parties to publish your posts beyond our platform.
6. While we may edit content for clarity or format (e.g., size, layout, language translation), we will not alter its meaning.

You agree that Curaa.in may use any feedback or suggestions you provide for any purpose, without owing you compensation.

You agree to submit only content or information that does not violate any laws or infringe upon anyone's rights. Your profile information must be truthful. Curaa.in reserves the right to remove content if required by law or in accordance with these Terms.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, and artwork (collectively referred to as “Content”) are third-party user-generated content. Curaa.in has no control over such third-party content, as it merely acts as an intermediary for the purposes of these Terms of Use.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms of Use, no part of www.curaa.in and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any form (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or distribution, or for any commercial purpose, without the express prior written consent of Curaa.in.

You may use information on the products and services that is purposely made available for downloading from www.curaa.in, provided that:

1. You do not remove any proprietary notice language from copies of such documents;
2. You use such information solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes and do not copy or post it on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media;
3. You make no modifications to any such information; and
4. You do not make any additional representations or warranties related to such documents.

You shall be solely responsible for any notes, messages, emails, billboard postings, photos, drawings, profiles, opinions, ideas, images, videos, audio files, or other materials or information (collectively, “Content”) posted or transmitted by you on www.curaa.in. Such Content will become the property of Curaa.in, and by submitting it, you grant Curaa.in worldwide, perpetual, and transferable rights to use that Content.

Subject to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable law, we may use the submitted Content or any of its elements for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional and advertising use in any media—whether known now or developed in the future. This includes the creation of derivative works incorporating the submitted Content.

By posting Content, you agree that it may be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Rules of Conduct outlined herein, and that you are not entitled to any payment or other compensation for such use.

We consider the protection of your privacy to be a very important principle. We understand clearly that you and your personal information are among our most valuable assets. We store and process your information, including any sensitive financial information (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), on systems that may be protected by both physical and reasonable technological security measures and procedures, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules prescribed thereunder.

Our current Privacy Policy is available at Privacy Policy. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this manner, please refrain from using www.curaa.in.

We and our affiliates may share, sell, transfer, license, or convey some or all of your personal information to another business entity in the event that we (or our assets) are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, amalgamation, or restructuring of business, or for any other reason whatsoever. Should such a transaction occur, the new or combined business entity will be required to follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information.

Once you provide your information to us, you consent to us and our affiliates using that information to deliver services related to your transactions—whether those transactions are conducted directly on www.curaa.in or through third-party merchants or platforms associated with Curaa.in.

Further, you expressly agree that you have no objection to receiving calls, SMS, or other communications from Curaa.in, any third parties acting on its behalf, or any authorized agents of Curaa.in, in relation to Curaa.in services such as job search, job alerts, Astra Career Services, or other related offerings.

This consent stands notwithstanding your registration under the National Do Not Call Registry (whether in the fully or partly blocked category) under the National Customer Preference Register maintained by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

You confirm that any communication from Curaa.in or its representatives shall not be considered Unsolicited Commercial Communication under TRAI guidelines, and you have specifically opted to receive such communications on the telephone number you have provided.

This www.curaa.in, along with all materials, products (including but not limited to software), and services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representation or warranties, express or implied, except as otherwise specified in writing.

Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, Curaa.in does not warrant that:

1. This www.curaa.in will be constantly available, or available at all; or
2. The information on this www.curaa.in is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.

Curaa.in shall not be liable to you in any way or in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, the www.curaa.in. Curaa.in does not warrant that this site; the information, content, materials, products (including software), or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the www.curaa.in; its servers; or electronic communications sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.

While availing any of the payment methods available on the www.curaa.in, we shall not be responsible or assume any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly by you due to the following:

1. Lack of authorization for any transaction(s);
2. Exceeding the limit mutually agreed between you and your bank(s);
3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction; or
4. Decline of transaction for any other reason(s).

All payments made for purchases or services on www.curaa.in by you shall be strictly in Indian Rupees, acceptable within the Republic of India. www.curaa.in will not facilitate transactions in any other currency for purchases made on the platform.

Before shipping or delivering your order, the seller may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to government-issued identification and address proof) to verify ownership of the payment instrument used. This is done to provide a secure and safe online environment for all users.

You specifically authorize Curaa.in or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate, and remit payments and/or the transaction price—electronically or via cash on delivery—from and to other users for transactions conducted through the payment facility. Your relationship with Curaa.in is on a principal-to-principal basis. By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree that Curaa.in is acting as an independent contractor and holds no responsibility or control over the products or services listed on Curaa.in that are paid for via the payment facility. Curaa.in does not guarantee the identity of any user, nor does it ensure that a buyer or a seller will complete any transaction.

You understand, accept, and agree that the payment facility provided by Curaa.in is neither a banking service nor a financial service. It is merely a facilitator providing an automated online payment, cash-on-delivery, collection, and remittance facility for transactions conducted on www.curaa.in. These services use existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing the payment facility, Curaa.in does not act as a trustee or in a fiduciary capacity concerning any transaction or transaction price.

Curaa.in reserves the right to impose limits on the number of transactions or the transaction value that it may process through an individual valid credit/debit card, valid bank account, or any other financial instrument (whether directly, through a payment aggregator, or via any other authorized facility as per Reserve Bank of India guidelines). Curaa.in also reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction that exceeds these limits.

Curaa.in further reserves the right to refuse to process transactions from users with a history of questionable charges. These include, without limitation, breaches of prior agreements with Curaa.in, violation of applicable laws, chargebacks imposed by issuing banks, or any policy violations.

Users shall comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules and notifications issued thereunder, the Exchange Control Manual issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time, the Customs Act, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008), the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and its rules, the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976, the Income Tax Act, 1961 and related rules, and the Export-Import Policy of the Government of India, as applicable to the use of the payment facility and the www.curaa.in platform.

All valid credit, debit, cash cards, and other payment instruments are processed using a credit card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and are governed by the terms and conditions agreed upon between the user and the respective issuing bank or payment instrument company.

All online bank transfers from valid bank accounts are processed through the gateways provided by the respective issuing banks that support payment facilities. These transfers are governed by the terms and conditions agreed upon between the user and the respective issuing bank.



Indemnity:



You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curaa.in, its owners, licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable), and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, demands, or actions (including reasonable attorney’s fees) made by any third party, or penalties imposed, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, any other applicable policies, or your violation of any law, regulation, or the rights (including intellectual property rights) of a third party.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Nagpur, Maharashtra.

This site is operated and controlled by Curaa.in. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

Material on www.curaa.in is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute such material by any means, including electronic, without prior written consent. Any modification or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of intellectual property rights and is strictly prohibited. Any use for which you receive remuneration is considered a commercial use and is not permitted.

Curaa.in respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your trademark has been infringed, please write to Curaa.in at contactus@Curaa.in.

In no event shall Curaa.in be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these Terms of Use, even if the user has been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages.

Please contact us with any questions or comments regarding this www.curaa.in, including those unrelated to copyright infringement.

Email Abuse & Threat Policy:
Private communication, including emails, is not monitored or regulated by Curaa.in. However, we expect users to communicate professionally and respectfully. Curaa.in may take action in cases of:

• Threats of Bodily Harm – Explicit threats are not permitted.
• Misuse of Curaa.in System – Users may only use the platform to facilitate legitimate transactions.
• Spoof Emails – Curaa.in never asks for sensitive information via email. Report spoof emails immediately via the ‘Contact Us’ section.
• Spam – Unsolicited commercial messages sent by users are prohibited.
• Off-platform Transactions – Email offers to buy or sell outside of Curaa.in are not allowed due to potential fraud risk.

Curaa.in may take actions such as:

• Limiting account privileges
• Suspending accounts
• Cancelling listings
• Revoking special status
