Job Description:

Adhere to professional telemedicine standards (camera on, proper environment, active listening).
Act as the first responder for SOS calls related to nausea, vomiting, palpitations, injection anxiety, and other acute symptoms.
Manage urgent patient concerns through video consultations with empathy and clinical accuracy.
Follow established medical protocols for GLP-1 receptor agonists and Orlistat, including dose guidance and symptomatic relief.
Identify red-flag symptoms and escalate cases requiring hospital care when needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of all consultations in CRM / EHR systems.
