Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and Outbound calling for new prospects & sales.
2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to deliver the right sales pitch.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers by listening to their concerns and communicating in the words they are comfortable with.
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to users about the company app and how the entire treatment works.
5. Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
6. Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
7. Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
