Roles and responsibilities:

• Doctor needs to provide audio consultations in Haircare and Skincare through App.
• Conduct follow-ups with patients every 5 to 6 weeks.
• The Doctor should be able to provide empathetic and patient-centric consultations.
• Company will be providing training on the use of technology and app.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
