Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Actively engage with the community.
2. Provide required counselling.
3. Outreach and visits to the local community and nearby settlements.
4. Engage in awareness building sessions.
5. Must have Practical knowledge of psychometric assessments such as CBT, suicide assessment and abuse assessments etc.
6. Experience in writing case history and understanding psychopathology while conducting therapy sessions for families, individuals and groups.
7. Must have experience in community issues such as substance/alcohol abuse.
8. Must be able to handle multidisciplinary approach at work.
