Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Performing surgical procedures to address various medical needs for their patients.
2. Examine patients and make diagnoses to determine the need for surgery.
3. Review patient medical history and plan the best procedure for treatment.
4. Perform Cateract surgery, SICS, Phaco , Lasik surgery etc.
5. Handle surgeries independently. 

Count of Surgeries done independently :- 

Cateract Surgeries;- 

• SICS – Minimum 1000
• Phaco – Minimum 1000 
• Lasik Surgery – Minimum 50 -100
